Pre-Order and Shipping Policy
At the Board Geeks Store, we provide customers with the option to purchase products that will be released in the future. For pre-orders, we will capture payments upfront.
If you order in-stock items along with pre-order items, we will hold the order until all items are in stock, and then we will ship it to you. Items marked for pre-order will be shipped as soon as stock arrives.
Unless you are happy to wait for all products in your basket to be in stock to be delivered to you, we recommend placing separate orders.
At The Board Geeks Store, we place a strong emphasis on accountability and transparency. However, please note that the ETA we provide for items currently not in stock should be interpreted as a rough guide, as it could potentially be delayed further for reasons out of our control.

Shipping and Delivery Times
We use WizMe for our deliveries. We charge a $10 flat rate for all orders Australia wide. We do not ship internationally.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers, special arrangements can be made by contacting our team, but extra costs may be incurred.
Under normal circumstances, customers should allow 5 business days from purchase date. If you require it earlier, we can send by Express post for an extra charge (calculated by order size and location), or if you are in Sydney, we can arrange for a pickup. Just contact us regarding this request via email at email@example.com or message us via Facebook Messenger and we will provide assistance.
Free local pickup is available around the Southwestern Sydney area.
For pick-up arrangements, please contact us on Facebook Messenger and quote your order number. We do not guarantee same-day pickup, and in normal circumstances, it will be prepared the morning after, and you will be notified when the order is ready.
Please note if an order is not picked up within 30 days, it will be refunded automatically with a $5 handling fee deducted from the refund.
