Like the game's succesful predecessors, Forbidden Island and Forbidden Desert (also in stock!), each player controls a character with a unique ability and spends action points moving around and attempting to escape a dangerous environment, and events happen each turn which will do mean things to players (e.g. blowing them around with wind or landing lightning on the board). If one player runs out of health or rope, the team collectively loses.
Unlike the other Forbidden Games, the board is gradually built as you play, drawing and placing tiles inorder to set up the necessary pieces to power your escape ship. This makes the game much more interesting with the added need for planning and decision making regarding risk and reward. The team wins when they connect the required amount of pieces to the rocket (which can be adjusted based on preferred difficulty).
